On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at approximately 9:20 pm an unidentified white male wearing a Halloween mask, camo style hooded sweatshirt, and dark colored pants entered the Coos Pit Stop in Northumberland. The individual showed a knife demanding money from the clerk. No one was injured during the incident. The individual left the area on foot with an undetermined amount of money. Northumberland Police Department were assisted by State Police, Essex County Sheriff Vermont, Lancaster Police and Stratford Police. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
